NexusETA FAQ

What is an ETA?

ETA stands for estimated time of arrival. The addition of ETA’s to our service offering means our customers will receive a delivery window for when their goods are estimated to arrive.

How big is the delivery window?

On the day of delivery, you will receive a two-hour delivery window after the driver has departed the depot.

Will I get alerted about this?

If the sender has provided your mobile number or email address, you will receive an email or text notification about your delivery timeslot. If you have not received this information, you can find out your delivery window by visiting our track your pallet page and entering the relevant details.

Is this a guaranteed time?

The delivery window is an accurate estimate based on the delivery route and we strive to complete all deliveries within the delivery window provided. However, unprecedented delays such as heavy traffic, adverse weather conditions and other factors beyond our control may affect the ETA.

I've received my two-hour timeslot, can I change this?

Once your delivery window has been allocated, it cannot be changed.

What happens if I have not received my pallet by the end of the timeslot?

If this happens, don’t worry, your pallet is still on its way and you will receive an update about the status of your delivery.
