What you need to do before sending freight to Southern Ireland

Customers must complete the new Ace Express Direct Representative Form before September 2023 to avoid any delays to deliveries into Southern Ireland.
In order to be able to send freight to Southern Ireland, you must now meet specific requirements to avoid delays or
non-deliveries.
- You must complete the new Ace Express Direct Representative Form (downloadable below). We will upload this to your Nexus account upon completion - THIS ONLY NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED ONCE BY THE SENDER.
- If you are sending freight to Southern Ireland, in addition to the above your customer must also complete an Ace Express Authority Form - THIS FORM WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED FOR EVERY SINGLE CONSIGNMENT BY THE RECEIVER.
- You need to apply for a GB EORI number. To request this visit https://www.gov.uk/eori/apply-for-eori
What you need to do before sending freight internationally
In order to be able to send freight abroad, you must now meet specific requirements to avoid delays or non-deliveries.
- You must complete the Channel Ports Authority Form (downloadable below). We will upload this to your Nexus account upon completion - THIS ONLY NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED ONCE BY THE SENDER.
- If you are sending freight to Southern Ireland, in addition to the above your customer must also complete an Ace Express Authority Form - THIS FORM WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED FOR EVERY SINGLE CONSIGNMENT BY THE RECEIVER.
- You need to apply for a GB EORI number. To request this visit https://www.gov.uk/eori/apply-for-eori
